Sometimes the anticipation of taking the test is worse than the actual test itself, so I will work with you to feel good during the weeks leading up to the test. We will work to remove any irrational fears and enable you to relax and prepare yourself by using strong, positive suggestions. You will mentally rehearse a successful outcome and see yourself being fully in control up to, during and beyond test day.

The therapy will be designed specifically for your requirements and clients often make progress after the first session. In addition to the initial consultation, I usually suggest between two and four sessions, however as each client’s needs are unique the course may be shorter or longer depending on contributing factors.
